Hours: 37.5 hours per week worked on a 7 day rolling rota including, bank holiday evening and weekends
Salary: £15,733 - £18,270 per annum pro rata

An opportunity has arisen within gtd healthcare to join our operations team at an exciting time of change and new opportunities.

You must be a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills and will need to work on your own initiative, a people person with the powers of persuasion. You must feel comfortable with talking to all members of the multi-disciplinary teams and working closely with senior managers.

The role of the care coordinator / administrator will provide support to the operations team and out of hour’s staff, to ensure that all shifts are fully staffed across all disciplines.

You will need significant administrative/secretarial experience including initiating and maintaining office systems. Experience in dealing with sensitive and confidential information is essential.

An intermediate knowledge of IT systems and software programmes is required. Training will be given on the in house rota management system.
