Our People's Trust corporate structure
Our People's Trust has the ability to influence strategic decisions such as major business developments, new partnerships and ventures.
These significant changes mean that Our People's Trust has:
- its own Board with a majority of four staff representatives, including David Beckett, chief executive, Holly Dickson, head of people services and lead officer for the Trust, Dr Samira Anane, GP at City Health Centre, and Melissa Mottershead, operations manager;
- a non-executive director chair*, who also sits on gtd healthcare’s Board.
*Susan Mayall joined gtd healthcare as non-executive director in November 2020. A qualified solicitor, Susan heads up the employment team at Pearson Solicitors and Financial Advisers Ltd. She previously taught both business studies and adults with learning difficulties and believes her former work outside the law adds a useful dimension to her expertise, enabling her to quickly put people at ease. Susan brings a wealth of unique experience to her role as non-executive director and will be a key asset in driving forward the corporate and strategic governance of Our People’s Trust.
