Understanding what patients and their families think about the service we provide is very important to gtd healthcare.
Patient feedback is extremely valuable and is used to try and continuously improve services across all the areas we operate.
We provide a number of different ways for our patients and families to provide their feedback and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to do so.
The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is an important feedback tool that supports the fundamental principle that people who use NHS services should have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience. Listening to the views of patients and staff helps identify what is working well, what can be improved and how.
The FFT asks people if they would recommend the services they have used and offers a range of responses.

NHS Choices provides a comprehensive health information service. The website gives you the ability to rate and comment on our services and voice your opinions about the care that you, a friend or family member has received.
NHS Choices will alert us when a comment has been left on our profile and we will then be able to reply.
