Your call may be transferred to a gtd healthcare care co-ordinator or clinician, who may book an appointment for you at our treatment centre, which is based at Southport and Formby District and General Hospital. Furthermore, our team may signpost you to the most appropriate care for your condition, including visiting your local pharmacy, walk-in centre, home visit, emergency department or an ambulance response.
