Our aim is to provide our patients with the best possible healthcare services that are of the highest standard. As a patient, you will receive care that is responsive to your needs, and we will work with supporting organisations, where necessary, to achieve this. We pride ourselves on putting our patients first and in doing so, we will always take the time to listen and respond openly and honestly every time.

Please note, a telephone line is available at the practice, which gives patients direct access to Citizens Advice. The free service enables patients to discuss any concerns or issues while visiting the centre. Further information is available here. Citizens Advice can help you with a number of different issues, including completing forms, challenging decisions, managing emergencies such as bailiff actions, prioritising payments and dealing with fuel arrears.

Primary Care Access Service

Registered patients across Tameside and Glossop can pre-book routine evening and weekend appointments with a variety of clinicians by speaking to a receptionist at the practice.

Also, when GP practices are closed, patients who have had a clinical assessment via NHS111 and/or gtd healthcare and require urgent but non-life-threatening assistance may be offered an appointment at any one of the five neighbourhood hubs.

This centre is one of the five neighbourhood hubs in Tameside and Glossop, which hosts the Primary Care Access Service. Appointments are available at a variety of hubs, seven-days-a-week.

Further information on the Primary Care Access Service is available here.
