People from every corner of the organisation have marked a significant milestone, which underpins the success of gtd healthcare. This year has seen the organisation celebrate its 25th anniversary – an occasion that has provided an opportunity to reflect on key achievements and recognise people’s accomplishments. Over the past 25 years gtd healthcare has progressed from a GP co-operative operating from Oldham to providing primary care, urgent care and dental services across North-West England. To commemorate the occasion, an event was held for gtd healthcare’s people, which included staff being recognised and commended for their efforts in and awards ceremony. David Beckett, chief executive, said the 25th anniversary event was a great opportunity to acknowledge people’s unfailing commitment and dedication to the organisation and reflect on gtd healthcare’s journey over the years. “We celebrated the organisation’s success and highlighted key achievements such as taking on the management of new GP practices, developing and mobilising new services, becoming a Real Living Wage employer, and investing in our people’s wellbeing,” he said. “Staff recognition awards formed part of the event, which were a wonderful way to honour and recognise members of staff who have gone above and beyond the call of duty. We received more than 60 heart-warming nominations from colleagues across the organisation.
