A bespoke training programme, which aims to elevate leadership skills, is due to open its doors to a new cohort of managers in September. The Leadership and Management Programme will re-commence on 8 September and follows the success of the first two groups, which has seen 21 managers completing the course. Joanne Evans, gtd academy manager, said she is excited to see yet another group benefit from the course. “Our tailored training programme is a fantastic opportunity for managers across the organisation to become a better leader and enhance their skills,” she said. “Attendees will learn valuable knowledge, skills, and behavioural insights during the course, which will help them become an effective manager. “Based on their areas of expertise, academy faculty members will present and conduct multiple sessions throughout the duration of the programme. The participants will engage in group projects, stimulating conversations, and collaborative activities.” The application to attend the Leadership and Management Programme recently came to a close and was open to anyone working at an operational manager level or above.
