Measles: If you think you or your child has measles and are not in an urgent, life-threatening condition, please call NHS 111 or your GP for advice. Please refrain from visiting a healthcare setting unless it is necessary or advised, as measles is a highly contagious infection that can cause serious health problems for some people. For reasons related to confidentiality and data protection, we will only release test results to the patient unless prior permission has been given for the release of the results to another person.
