Please be assured, Droylsden Road Family Practice is open and appointments are available to all patients. Due to COVID-19, how you access the practice will be different at the moment, this is to prevent the spread of the virus. To ensure staff and patient safety, we are continuing to control numbers within the practice by using an intercom system. Our aim is to provide our patients with the best possible healthcare services that are of the highest standard. As a patient, you will receive care that is responsive to your needs, and we will work with supporting organisations, where necessary, to achieve this. We pride ourselves on putting our patients first and in doing so, we will always take the time to listen and respond openly and honestly every time.
Please note, a telephone line is available at the practice, which gives patients direct access to Citizens Advice. The free service enables patients to discuss any concerns or issues while visiting the centre. Further information is available here. Citizens Advice can help you with a number of different issues, including completing forms, challenging decisions, managing emergencies such as bailiff actions, prioritising payments and dealing with fuel arrears.
