Virtual open events champion careers at gtd healthcare

gtd healthcare recently hosted two virtual recruitment events to promote opportunities for advanced clinical practitioners in Oldham.

Richard Shaw, workforce resourcing and planning manager, said the online events proved to be a fantastic way of promoting gtd healthcare as an employer, as well as highlighting the range of roles available.

“We designed the sessions to provide interested candidates with an all-round experience, allowing them to explore career opportunities as well as discover more about the organisation and the benefits of working here,” he said.

Mark Wood, clinical services manager at Oldham Urgent Care Hub, said the events ran smoothly and attendees provided positive feedback.

"This is the first virtual open event we have hosted, but it won't be our last. It was a great way of meeting potential candidates and giving them an idea of the great opportunities, support and culture here," he said.

Both teams are hoping to build on the success of the events, with further sessions planned as part of ongoing efforts to attract talented clinicians to the organisation.
