In conjunction with the Our People's Trust Board is the establishment of the Employee Connect Forum.
Hosted by David Beckett, chief executive, and held every six weeks, the forum aims to strengthen employee voice and create more opportunities for colleagues across the organisation to share feedback.
David said, as an employee-owned organisation, it is important the forum is as flexible, accessible and inclusive as possible, ensuring all voices can be heard.
“I’m keen to help improve connections between staff, the Our People’s Trust Board and the executive team, while creating opportunities for colleagues to share suggestions directly,” he said.
